Off Site CCTV & Alarm Monitoring

One of our primary monitoring services is CCTV monitoring. This is a remote service that allows your site to be monitored at one of our fully accredited Category 2 alarm, High Security and video receiving centre. This offers an effective alternative to on-site patrol at a fraction of the price. At our high security receiving centre, our SIA licensed team will keep a watchful eye over your property. Our monitoring staff are trained to manage any incidents that occur on your premises, whether it is public or private property.
In the event that our monitoring staff receive an alarm, they are trained to monitor threats, track intruders, follow an agreed action plan, or even issue audio warnings. Typically, in the event of intrusion, the situation would proceed as follows:

• Intruder Alarm Monitoring
• Fire Alarm Motoring
• Panic Alarm Monitoring
• External CCTV, movement detector or video analytics is activated upon intrusion
• Our 24 hour monitoring centre is notified immediately along with real time on site footage
• Operator detects threats and issued an audio warning if intruder is detected
• Operator monitors and track intruder, calling for response from emergency services or keyholder
• Customer is informed and emailed daily activity report
