To aid with monitoring all our Mobile Patrol vehicles are clearly marked and fitted with recording equipment. All of our response Officers are Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenced and fully trained in dealing with incidents, and following out an agreed action plan, whether simply resetting an alarm system or arranging additional assistance. For example, boarding up broken doors and windows and dealing with the emergency services.
All vehicles are tracked and Response Officers are in constant contact with our control room at all times. Once arriving at site, the Response Officers will turn on their bodycams which will record audio and video of their visit at your site whether it's a routine patrol or alarm activation, this can then be down loaded and provided to you via email or other media. Whenever a Response Officer attends your premises everything is tracked and monitored.
A full incident report will be completed on each visit to your site.

The security of your property, your keys and confidential information is our top priority. All keys are tagged and stored in a very secure key safe with no reference to any property on the key.
